Everyone says how homely and welcoming this house is!
It is one of the larger houses in Monks Road and you feel that as soon as you walk in: the rooms are spacious and light, with most of the windows facing south. The large kitchen has French windows which let the sunlight stream in all day. It is well-equipped with dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave, etc. The adjoining dining room is light and open; there is a separate sitting room with two comfy sofas; all the bedrooms are larger than average, with double beds and lots of wardrobe and cupboard space. There’s a bath/shower room, separate loo, and a second shower and loo. At the back is a sunny courtyard with clothes dryer; a large garage with drying machine and room to store bikes.
Bills
From our current tenants we estimate bills would be in the region of £15 p.p. per week. An unlimited package is available with Fused Unlimited (2025) for £25.60 p.p. per week.
