We are two private land-ladies who have a number of very lovely 4-bed houses to offer as your home for the coming academic year.

Our houses are homely, well-insulated, well-decorated and well-equipped, with two showers, two loos, dish-washer, drying machine etc. They are spacious, with a separate sitting room AND good-sized dining area, as well as kitchen.
Really really friendly, personable, approachable, kind and considerate. You also really cared about and liked the property, which made a big difference, I think. I always felt I could trust you as a landlord and was safe in the house, and that you were fair
The house was a really nice house with everything you could possibly need as a student tenant, but more importantly, you were considerate, helpful and diligent landlords that examined every step of the moving in or out and were ready to help at every stage of the tenancy. Also, more importantly, you were all-round nice people that made it a pleasure!
