This comfy student house has two bathrooms, a sunny back garden, a well-equipped kitchen diner, a cosy living room and 4 bedrooms.
The property is located on a quiet, residential street but is just a two-minute walk away from the bus stop, ten minutes from the city centre, a 20 to 25 min walk from the Streatham campus and 10 mins from the St Lukes campus. There is a handy corner shop at the end of the road, another round the corner and several nice local cafes.
The house is spacious but cosy, centrally heated and double-glazed throughout. The kitchen benefits from a gas cooker, a fridge freezer and extra freezer space, washing machine, microwave and a dining area.
Refurbishments planned to take place before the 2025-26 tenancy begins include: insulating the loft, re-painting all bedrooms, replacing the carpets and updating the upstairs bathroom.
From our current tenants we estimate bills would be in the region of £15 p.p. per week. An unlimited package is available with Fused Unlimited (2025) for £25.60 p.p. per week.
