The house was a really nice house with everything you could possibly need as a student tenant, but more importantly, you were considerate, helpful and diligent landlords that examined every step of the moving in or out and were ready to help at every stage of the tenancy. Also, more importantly, you were all-round nice people that made it a pleasure!

Well insulated and bright, this house is homely and well proportioned with a nice garden.
This house include 4 nicely-sized bedrooms, a separate sitting room with adjoining conservatory utility room. The large kitchen and adjoining dining room is well equipped with fridge freezer and brand-new microwave; we will be upgrading the space this summer with additional fridge-freezer, dishwasher and tumble dryer.
For convenience, there are separate toilet and bathroom with a full sized bath. There is also a nice sunny back terrace – great for summer barbecues.

From our current tenants we estimate bills would be in the region of £15 p.p. per week. An unlimited package is available with Fused Unlimited (2025) for £25.60 p.p. per week.
